Surface level self care won’t cut it for us; the daily challenges of mothering neurodivergent kids, and / or managing our chronic health issues requires something deeper. About this Well-Being Workshop Series - Wounds Beocme Wings
This workshop is the first in an ongoing bi-monthly workshop series - Wounds Become Wings. This is a space for us as Mamas raising neurodivergent kids & Mamas living with chronic illness to support our well-being with nourishing tools and practices.
The title of the series is inspired by my poem, Wounds Become Wings (short excerpt):
“Witnessing miraculousness in everyday moments, discovering with renewed wonder what you once blindly dismissed as normal… You have become the light you once fought to see.”
