Well-Being for Caregiving Mamas (Wounds Become Wings Workshop Series)

Surface level self care won’t cut it for us; the daily challenges of mothering neurodivergent kids, and / or managing our chronic health issues requires something deeper. Several years ago I started tapping into well-being anchors: short daily wellness practices which help us cope with caregiver stress. During our session, I will share tools and strategies to help you begin and sustain this practice, and a guided meditation for caregiving Mamas. Snag your tickets here!
