How we handle stress makes a difference. On this out of the box motherhood journey, we carry more of it than most Mamas. We’ve had some challenging weeks at our house lately - sleep issues, hyperactivity, and anxiety. And the other day I lost it, and let out a scream.
I started to beat myself up, but then remembered mindful mothering isn’t some place you “arrive,” it’s a day-to-day practice; we learn it not only for ourselves, but our kids. Nai actually helped ground me in the moment!
